I have lived here for a couple of months, the apartment was spotless on move in, the management has been a delight to work with, always willing to help anyway they can. The grounds are maintained beautifully, including the beautiful pool area and the playground. What I found to be remarkable is that even the maintenance man is always well groomed and polite. Everyone seems genuinely invested in making sure that everything looks nice and runs smoothly.

I absolutely love this place. It's beautiful & my building is quiet,not to mention the amenities(gym,pool,jacuzzi, playground,access to do office work...) We've been here for almost 2 years. Just renewed contract. Close to everything and we can even watch the games from our balcony. The staff members are awesome.

We moved out quickly in December and the summit quickly welcomed us and helped us get settled in an updated, safe apartment. The staff is excellent, friendly, accommodating, and timely. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.
